Reservation Policy, UMK College, Majuli 

(I) Generally admission starts after announcement of H.S.L.C. and Higher Secondary Examination results Prospectus and Prescribed Application Form for admission can be obtained from the College Office on payment of Rs.100.00

(II) Selection and admission is made on merit basis only.

(III) There is reservation for SC,ST,OBC/MOBC, Physically Handicapped students having proficiency in sports, culture, and NCC as per govt. rules.

(IV) Candidates seeking admission against reserved seats must submit attested copies of relevant Certificates from appropriate authority.

(V) Students willing to offer Major  Subject have to face written test/ Interview to be organized by concern Department.

(VI) Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination earlier than the current year, must submit a Gap-Certificate from the Head of the institution, attended last regarding his/her activities during that period.
