BRIEF DESCRIPTION :
The Central Library of Ujani Majuli Kherkatia College is one of the best Library in Ujani Majuli . Library Provides effective service to the Student . The Library of Ujani Majuli Kherkatia College established in 1987(1973) started with minimal figures of books . College Library is a growing organism . At present Library grow up to collection above Thirteen Thousand of Volumes (13,000). Beside these collection of books 2 Journal , 3 Magazine , 2 News papers both Assamese and English . The Library building covers 1500 square land in ground floor and 1000 square cover in upper floor . Beside Library building there is one I.C.T. room for Computers Students . Student can avail information through internet .
REDING ROOM FACILITYS :
The reading room in the central library has sitting arrangement for more than 80 students . There are separate arrangement for Teachers, P.W.D. and student Every year Library authority organized Library orientation programe for fresh student . Beside these departmental book bank facilities is available in 7 teaching department .

To develop to organize and provide the services to meet in needs of users. Librarian is provide information to the users at right time, right way and right place .

To promote intellectual growth and activity and effectivity use of information .

Rules of Library :
- Student should enter in the library with proper uniform .
- Care handle of Library books, if damaged the book by the student must be retuned an alternative same book .
- Book should be retuned before issuing Admit card of Examination .
